Since our establishment in 1996, Sinotec specializes in manufacturing and exporting car electronic products. Our major export destinations include Europe, North America, South America and Asia. Customers purchased more than $1 million worth of our products last year.
More than 10 engineers in our R&D team have been working in this field for seven years. We use advanced equipment such as CAD/CAM, projection machines, 3-D measuring machines, CNC machines and mold processing machines. Our designs combine technology with the latest market trends.
We use advanced production equipment such as SMT machines and hot plastic packing machines. Each month we turn out 100,000 units, of which 95 percent are for export.
We are ISO 9001:2000-certified. Our materials come from more than 30 reliable suppliers in Japan and Taiwan. Using testing computers, high-temperature aging testers and vibration testing machines, 10 experienced inspectors check all processes, from material selection to final shipment. All our products have a one-year quality warranty and less than 0.1 percent defect rate.
